There is a story behind the taste of each fruit.

We focus our efforts and commitment on two products, cherries and table grapes. We know every detail of the stages that allow our products to grace the tables of so many people in Italy and around the world. The journey is a tale of excellence, of good practices that are constantly repeated, that are multiplied by every single cherry and every single bunch of grapes. From harvest to procurement, preparation, processing, and marketing.

A journey that starts in the heart of Apulia, but also a tale that starts from the industriousness and experience of so many farmers who consider us a reliable and certain partner today, a company capable of enhancing the value of their daily work. That is why we are certain we always offer quality products: because we know their history, we know the people involved in their cultivation, and we know the tools for the best and most effective dissemination in the area.

Cherries

Grown by local farmers and agricultural producers who entrust their products to us on a daily basis, in small quantities.

They are conferred and purchased while complying with the standards described in the European and National Regulations. When the products are delivered to the company, we check the uniformity of their ripeness and size, and carry out product quality control. Each cherry is always checked and certified: upon delivery, they are placed in special bins, each recognizable by its own batch code. This operation allows direct product recognition even in the processing, goods storage, and transport stages.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
The cherries are purchased while respecting the standards described in the European and National Regulation. They come from local agricultural producers who deliver the product directly to the company in small daily amounts.

Upon receipt of the product, it is visually checked for uniform size and ripeness. Then the Raw Materials Warehouse Manager carries out quality control on the product.

When unloading, the product is placed in special bins, with each one being assigned a batch code that identifies the growers of the cherries placed in the special bins.

In turn, thanks to the automated traceability system, the batch code is also reported during the processing and goods storage stages, up to the transport document.

Table grapes

We meet the producers in the middle by purchasing the grapes in the field or by harvesting them directly. Each batch of grapes undergoes scrupulous laboratory analyses to highlight the absence of pesticide residues.

The product is collected and transported after passing the analyses, but not before visual investigations are carried out to ascertain the absence of bunches with substandard or torn grapes. After a variable number of days, further analyses are carried out to obtain a result suitable for continued harvesting and marketing.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Procurement takes place with the company's purchase of the product in the field, harvesting according to market demand trends.

Prior to harvest, each batch of grapes for each supplier undergoes laboratory analyses for the evaluation of any pesticide residues that may be present.

If the tests are negative, the product is harvested; if they are positive, after a variable number of days depending on the outcome of the analysis itself, additional analyses are carried out, until obtaining a result suitable for harvesting and marketing the product.

If the analyses reveal issues that cannot be resolved in a medium to short time frame, the Raw Materials Purchasing Manager may decide not to collect the product in question. In addition, workers carry out visual inspections while harvesting in order to check for bunches with grapes covered in mold or tears.
